Drum Sculpt Class - Monday 8:00 - 9:00 pm
This innovative class will give you the benefits of Pilates strength and resistance training, as well as aerobic step classes all in one. Plus with themed Top-40 music from the 80s, 90s and todays hits, all ages can join in the fun, even guys too! No more injuries and boring weight lifting workouts.

Dance Fitness - Wednesday 8:45 - 9:45 pm
Summer is coming so let's get ready for short weather. Adult Dance Fitness is a Jazz/Hip Hop/Bellydance Cardio Combo class for beginner to intermediate level. This class is lower impact than Zumba and burns up to 600 calories per hours.
